Join in the Zoom Webinar “Meet Unipd”, that our partner university in Italy, University of Padua will hold on 29th April at 2 pm (CEST). This will be an opportunity to get to know the University of Padua, their academic offer and the services they provide.
Important Announcement For Erasmus Proficiency Exam
Takers have to meet the following requirements for their exam scores to be acceptable:
- To present their ID cards through the camera: Test-takers will not be allowed to sit the exam without valid identification(student ID/normal ID/driving licence/passport). To do this, they need to have their cameras on and share their valid ID with a picture with the invigilator on Teams. Test-takers are allowed to use their mobile phone camera for ID check.
- To have their cameras on during the exam: In case of violation of this rule, students’ names will be recorded on the exam incident reports and the reports will be passed on to the Rectorate.
Before the exam, please make sure that:
- you have a current ID with a photograph with you,
- your laptop is fully charged,
- Microsoft Teams application is downloaded on your laptop or desktop,
- Microsoft Teams mobile application is installed in your mobile device(your smart phone or your tablet). You may have to turn to your mobile device if the camera of your desktop or laptop is not working or may stop working during the exam.

2021-2022 Academic Year Erasmus+ Study, Erasmus+ Placement and World Exchange program applications will be held between 24 February 2021 and 17 March 2021. Before the applications start, we will hold an information meeting about Erasmus & Exchange programs via Microsoft Teams on February 9, 2021, at 01:00 pm. In this meeting, we will give you detailed information about the programs, and answer your questions about education and internship mobilities.

As BauExchange office, we are only responsible for your selection and nomination to partner university. You are required to follow the instructions that will be given in Erasmus Meeting and in e-mail announcements!

2017-2018 Academic Year Spring Semester English Proficiency for Additional Quota Applications
The proficiency test is going to take place:
Place: B-CONF (B Building Conferance Hall, B building 3rd Floor)
Time and Date: 10.00 a.m, 26.09.2017
The final results for Erasmus+ Winners will be announced within 10 days after the test day.
Each applicant has to take this test. There will be no excuses for non-attendance and the applications without test result will not be valid or will not be evaluated.
***Only those who applied online and completed the application requirements will be able to take the exam.

Older Announcements
NO Additional Application for Outgoing Students for Spring 2017 !!!
Regarding the Erasmus and World Exchange Programs, there wont be any additional application for Outgoing Students for Spring 2017. The grant given by Turkish National Agency is not enough to open an additional application process. And also we dont have any quota for World Exchange Partners.
The next application will be placed on February 2017 for 2017/2018 Academic Year Fall/Spring semester. If you would like to apply Erasmus+ Placement Mobility, you also need to apply on February and start your mobility from June 2017.
