1- Bir katılımcı öğrenim hayatı boyunca hem Erasmus+ öğrenim hareketliliğinden hem de staj hareketliliğinden faydalanabilir miyim?
Staj hareketliliği süreleri ise en az 2 en fazla 12 aydır. Bir öğrenci öğrenim ve staj faaliyetlerinden her eğitim kademesi (lisans, yüksek lisans, doktora) için birden fazla hibeli veya hibesiz toplam 12 aya kadar yararlanabilir. Faaliyet süresi hibesiz bile olsa 12 ayı geçemez.
Is it possible for me to participate both in the study and traineeship mobility program?
Erasmus+ Traineeship program should be minimum 2, up to 12 months for the traineeship mobility program. Students that are willing to participate in both of the programs have the liberty to determine whether they want a grant or not. The students can’t exceed 12 months of matriculation during their mobility, regardless of the fact that if they are provided with a grant or not.
2- Erasmus+ Staj Programı’ndan daha önce yararlanmış bir katılımcı, tekrar faydalanabilir mi?
Evet, bir öğrenci yüksek öğrenim yaşamının her seviyesinde (lisans, yüksek lisans, doktora) toplamda 12 ay olacak şekilde bir veya birkaç kez Erasmus Öğrenim ve Erasmus Staj Hareketliliği hibesi alabilir. Can I participate in the Erasmus+ Traineeship Program multiple times?
Yes, it is possible for a student to be granted with multiple times during their study up to 12 months in total. In addition, traineeship mobility grants do not get in the way of grant support on the study mobility grants. Therefore, they are regarded as two separate programs from each other. In addition, a participant can also do more than one Traineeship Mobility.
3- Önceden yapmış olduğum Erasmus+ öğrenim hareketliliği kapsamında hibe aldım? Staj hareketliliği için tekrar hibe alabilir miyim?
Evet, ancak her eğitim kademesinde (ön lisans, lisans, yükseklisans, doktora) her öğrenci en fazla 12 ay hibe alabildiğinden, daha önce aldığınız hibe toplamdan düşürülerek hesaplanacaktır. Yani daha önce lisans derecesinde 6 aylık hibe alan bir öğrenci hareketliliğin türüne bakılmaksızın 6 ay daha hibe alabilir. I’ve participated in the Erasmus+ Study Mobility program and was granted, am I still eligible for grant support?
Yes, but since each student can receive a grant for a maximum of 12 months at each education level (undergraduate, graduate, doctorate), the grant you previously received will be deducted from the total. In other words, a student who has received a 6-month grant at the undergraduate degree can receive a grant for another 6 months, regardless of the type of mobility. In addition, -10 points are given for other applications of students who have benefited from Erasmus+ activities before. Thus, students who have never benefited from the activity will have priority.
4- Son sınıf öğrencileri de Erasmus staj hareketliliğinden yararlanabilir mi?
Staj veya Öğrenim Hareketliliği yapabilmeniz için öğrenci olmanız şarttır. Staj Hareketliliği’nde mezun olduktan sonraki 12 ay içinde hareketlilikten faydalanabilmeniz için son sınıf öğrencisi olarak mezun olmadan önce başvurunuzu yapmış ve seçilmiş olmanız gerekmektedir.
Can Seniors participate in the Erasmus+ Traineeship Program?
It is strictly required for you to be a student in order to be able to be recognized as eligible for these programs. The students have exactly 12 months in order to participate in the program after they graduate; in addition, the students are required to apply, and be nominated for the program during the last year of their studies.
5- Erasmus+ Staj hareketliliği kapsamında staj yapacağım yeri üniversitemiz mi bulacak?

Will the university provide me with possible options for the traineeship program?
No, it is entirely up to the student to find an internship. You may check the site for all the available offers and the database for that information. Furthermore, you may also contact your course directors for directions and recommendations for this purpose.
6- Erasmus+ kapsamında staj yapacağım yeri nasıl bulurum?
Öncelikle kendinizi ve becerilerinizi kısaca anlatan bir Motivasyon Mektubu ile Europass formatında hazırlanmasını önerdiğimiz bir CV’yi ilgilendiğiniz ve çalışmak istediğiniz kurumlara e-posta ile gönderin. CV ve motivasyon mektubu hazırlamak için BAU COOP ile de iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Kurumlarla paylaşmayı planladığınız e-postada Erasmus+ programı kapsamında stajyer olmak istediğinizi ve hangi tarihlerde stajyer olmak istediğinizi belirtmeyi de unutmayınız. Bu doğrultuda uygun bir pozisyon var ise kabul mektubu isteyiniz. Kurumun kariyeriniz açısından size katacağı muhtemel faydalardan ve sizin kariyer planlarınızdan da kısaca bahsetmek yararlı olabilir.
How can I find a firm to do my internship in?
First and foremost, you have to compose a Motivational Letter that briefly describes your personal properties and attributes along with your CV in which we recommend you should write in the Europass format; then, you may send it off to firm that you are interested in. You may get help from the BAU COOP if you wish. Make sure that you mention the fact that you’ll be doing your internship through Erasmus+, and the exact dates in which you want to work between. If you get accepted, don’t forget to ask for a Letter of Acceptance from them. Also, touching upon the benefits you’ll get from the position you want to apply for might be helpful for you in the process.
7- Kabul mektubu nasıl olmalıdır? Örnek bir kabul mektubu var mı?
Her kurumun farklı yazışma ve uygulama prosedürleri olduğundan tek tip örnek bir kabul mektubu önermiyoruz. Ancak tüm kabul mektupları, mutlaka antetli resmi evrak olmalı ve mutlaka adınızı-soyadınızı, staj başlangıç-bitiş tarihini, kısaca stajın içeriğini, kurumdaki staj koordinatörünün (mentor) kaşesi, imzası, kurum mührü ve kurum iletişim bilgilerini içermelidir. How should my Letter of Acceptance Look like? Is there a template I can look at?
Since every firm has different procedures we can’t be sure of how an acceptance letter should exactly be like but each one of them should be a legal document with your name-surname, your exact dates of employment, your position, your responsibilities, the stamp of your coordinator/mentor, the signature of your mentor/coordinator, the stamp of your firm and the contact details of your internship provider. You may find a template on our website.
8- Zorunlu stajım bulunmamaktadır, yine de staj hareketliliğinden faydalanabilir miyim?
Evet, müfredatınızda zorunlu staj olsa da olmasa da staj hareketliliğinden faydalanabilirsiniz. Zorunlu stajı olan program öğrencileri, yurt dışında yapmak istedikleri staj programı BAU’dayken yapmaları gereken staj programı ile içerik olarak örtüşüyorsa bunu zorunlu stajlarının yerine saydırabilir. Zorunlu stajı planlayan öğrencilerin fakültelerindeki Erasmus+ koordinatörlerinden de onay almaları gerekmektedir. I don’t have a mandatory internship in my studies, can I still apply the program?
Yes, you don’t need to have a mandatory internship to be able to apply for the Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility program. Students that do have a mandatory internship, can participate in this program as their mandatory traineeships instead, if their positions are in accordance with their education. However, your internship should be related to your field of education for both of the cases. Students planning mandatory internship must also get approval from the Erasmus+ coordinators in their faculties. Erasmus+ Traineeship, which is planned by students who do not have a compulsory internship, will be evaluated in the category of volunteers.
9- Zorunlu stajımı tamamladım, yine de staj hareketliliğinden faydalanabilir miyim?

I’ve already finished my mandatory internship(s), can i still participate in the traineeship mobility program?
Yes, if your position in your internship matches your field of education you may apply for the program.
10- Başvuru yapmak için ne gibi kriterler gerekmektedir?
Tam zamanlı kayıtlı öğrenci olmak ve en az 1. Sınıf öğrencisi olmak, lisans ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin ağırlıklı genel not ortalamasının (GPA)) asgari 2.20/4.00 olması; yüksek lisans ve doktora öğrencilerinin ağırlıklı genel not ortalamasının (GPA) asgari 2.50/4.00 olması gerekmektedir.
What are the criteria for the applying to the program?
You have to be a BAU student who is at least a Junior. Minimum GPA: for undergraduate students is 2.20 out of 4.00 and for master students is out of 2.20/4.00.
11- Ne zaman başvuru yapabilirim?
Erasmus+ ofis web sayfasında tüm sürece ilişkin bir takvim yayınlamaktadır. Akademik yıl başladıktan sonra düzenli aralıklarla web sayfamızı kontrol ederek tüm sürece ilişkin tarihleri öğrenebilirsiniz.

12- Pasaport ve vizemi nasıl alacağım?
Pasaport ve vize işlemleri kişi ve gidilecek ülke bazında değişiklik gösterdiğinden öğrencilerin kendi sorumluluğundadır. Pasaport alırken harç ödemek zorunda kalmamak için, Öğrenci İşleri’nden öğrenci belgesi almanız gerekmektedir. Vize belgelerinden biri ise, tarafımızca yazılacak ve talep edildiğinde verilecek vize/hibe yazısıdır. İlgili belgede yurtdışındaki hareketlilik süreniz ve alacağınız hibe miktarını belirtilecektir.
How will I get my visa and passport?
The processes for these documents differ from country to country, therefore, it’s your responsibility to get them. Participants should get a student certificate from the BAU student system so that they won’t have to pay fees during their application. One of the visa documents is the document that will be written by Erasmus+ office and will be given when requested. In this document, the information is about the duration of your mobility and your total amount of grant support will be indicated.
13- Seyahat sağlık sigortası zorunlu mu? Eğer zorunluysa nasıl yaptıracağım?
Ulusal Ajans kurallarına göre, tüm öğrenciler hareketlilik öncesi sigorta yaptırmalıdır. Staj hareketliliğine katılanların yapacağı olan seyahat sağlık sigortası 30.000 Avro kapsamında olması gerekmektedir. Sigortada sağlık, kaza ve kişisel sorumluluk (mesuliyet sigortası) da olması gerekmektedir. Kişisel sorumluluk maddesi önemlidir çünkü bu madde katılımının staj yapmak için anlaşmış olduğu iş yerinde sebep olacabileceği zararları karşılar. Ek olarak yapılmış olan sigorta Schengen Bölgesi’nde yani ülkelerinde geçerli olması gerekmektedir. Sigorta aynı zamanda kabul mektubundaki tarih aralığının tamamını kapsamak zorundadır.
Is getting a travel health insurance mandatory? If so, how will I get one?
According to the National Agency rules, all students must have pre-mobility insurance. The travel health insurance to be made by those participating in the internship mobility must be within the scope of 30.000 Euro. Health, accident and personal liability (liability insurance) must also be included in the insurance. The personal liability clause is important because it covers the damages that participations may cause in the workplace where they agreed to do their internship. In addition, the insurance must be valid in the Schengen Area which means the countries that are related with it. It must be within the scope of 30.000 Euro. The insurance must also cover the entire date range in the acceptance letter.
14- Staj hareketliliğimi gerçekleştireceğim kurumdan herhangi bir ücret alabilecek miyim?

Will I be paid by the firm for my internship?
This factor is entirely dependent on your internship provider.
15- Tüm staj sürem için hibe alabilir miyim?
BAU olarak her yıl Ulusal Ajans’a hibe talebinde bulunmaktayız. Ancak kaç öğrenciye ne kadar süre ile hibe verebileceğimiz bu talebin karşılanma oranı ile ilgilidir. Dolayısıyla tüm süre için hibe alamayabilirsiniz. Hibesizde staj öğrencisi olabilirsiniz.
Is it possible for me to be granted during the entirety of my internship?
As BAU, we request grants to the Turkish National Agency every year. However, how long we can give grants to how many students is related to the rate of meeting this demand. Therefore, you may not receive a grant for the entire period. You can become an internship student without a grant.
