Programs for new students at BAU Berlin Campus
Students who start their studies by registering directly for BAU Berlin Campus can start in the following programs. All applications are handled centrally by Bahcesehir University’s admissions committee in Istanbul. Only students who satisfy the requirements for international students (non-Turkish passport or high school degree, or both) can legally be admitted to BAU Berlin Campus.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Applicants should print out (on paper or in a file) the online application form once they have filled it in, and send a copy of the form by post or by email to Bahcesehir University Berlin. Attached to the form should be the additional necessary documents listed below for applications to undergraduate programs. Any interested students should feel free to come to BAU Berlin Campus directly to hand in the documents there – and if they like to fill in the online application form with help from our student affairs staff. The student affairs staff is available for questions at 030-8105808-0.

UNDERGRADUATE (BA)

  • Copy of High School Certificate: German & International/Açık Öğretim Lisesi Diploması when taken from abroad (for applications with non- Turkish passports, Lise Diploması and equivalents can also be used)
  • Copy of passport (middle page with photograph)

*Language Requirement for Admission & English Preparatory Program

At Bahcesehir University, future students have to provide documentation of their ability to study in the English language. The university’s own level test takes place at the start of September of each year at BAU Berlin Campus. Any time before or until the registration deadline, applicants can also provide the certificate of an internationally recognized test of English as a Foreign Language (ESL), Accepted are tests from the TOEFL, IELTS or FCE systems.
Students can be registered without the necessary qualification in ESL, so that they can first take part in the preparatory school program before starting their regular studies in the next academic year.
The English Preparatory Program is an intensive one-year program, in which future students learn everything they need to know and handle in order to study in the programs taught in the English language.
