Erasmus+ 2024-2025 Study Program Results!
Dear Students,
Our 2024-2025 Erasmus+ Study Program results have been announced. You can find the results here, and you can check if you are a reserved student through portal.
First of all, we would like to congratulate our winners and thank you for your interest in the process!
Each year, the grant amounts are determined after the agreement is signed between the European Commission and the National Agency. After that The Turkish National Agency signs grant agreements with universities.
We state that the process may take longer, and we would like to remind you that due to this situation, our winner students CAN BE EVALUATED WITH OR WITHOUT A GRANT.
*These results are only the results of placement, the grant results will be announced after the grants are transferred to our university. Erasmus+ Office is not responsible for the financial transactions you will carry out before the granting process.
In the light of this information, we would like to remind our students who have mobility activities for the fall semester that the grants may arrive late and they should be prepared in this regard.
As we have mentioned many times during the application process, the applications of students who have a high GPA and exam result, but who have completed their application with incomplete or wrong documents, have been rejected.
Students who wishes to cancel the program must submit their cancellation petition to our office until 17.00 on Friday, 19 April. Otherwise, -10 points will be deducted from your next application.
After the grant amounts are announced, students who want to cancel the program will be given a cancellation period of 3 working days.
The applications of students who marked their application semester preference as “fall-spring” or ‘summer’ on the portal have been changed to “spring” by our department. During the process, it is stated that not all students will apply for an academic year, and students who have objections to the semester must send an e-mail to our department until April 19, 17:00.
