Dear Students,

As the BAU Exchange Office, we would like to announce that the results for the Erasmus+ English Exams that happened on 18th May 2023, are now available for the students that have taken the exam!

Application and document control will start this week!

Students who did not enter the exam or got a score less than 60 will not be evaluated for document and application control.

The list is at the end of this announcement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXAM SCORES:

  • Students who have less than 60 points will not be able to continue with their applications.

  • Students who have more than 60 points are eligible to continue with their applications. Please read the “note” below.

  • Students who did not attend the exam on March 18, 2023, will have their applications not  evaluated. We kindly remind our students that those who uploaded their previous exams’ result papers are not in this category.

NOTE:

Students need to be aware that this is only the Erasmus+ English Exam result announcement, which means that you just entered the exam and have a result at the end of it. Having a score higher than 60 does not mean that you are a winner for the respected program that you applied to.

You need to keep in mind that if you have 60 points or higher, you should not act like you won the respected programs because there is going to be a period that our office will check the documents and control the applications that you submitted in order to create the final list with your own respected score.

After the file check, it will be clear whether you are a winner or not. We would like to underline the fact that there is no winner yet.

REMINDER ABOUT THE DOCUMENTS:

  • It is the students’ responsibility to do the application correctly, and the BAU Erasmus+ Office is not responsible for completing your application since you are the ones that are attending for our application.
  • Applications made with missing and/or incorrect documents will not be considered.

Important Information About the Learning Agreement:

For Internship4All Consortium Erasmus+ Traineeship students, you should not do the learning agreement with the company or institutions to which you are planning to go.

We see that some students are doing or did the LEARNING AGREEMENT  when we are still in the application period. You all need to know that this is wrong and not going to be accepted. As we have informed all of our students many times before, this document is going to be done after the applications are over with the program winners.

THE ERASMUS+ ENGLISH EXAM RESULT LIST:

Student names and surnames are not available, so please check your result by looking at your student number.
