MoU Exchange Nedir?

MoUs (Memoranda of Understanding) Exchange programı, üniversitemizin çeşitli ülkelerdeki prestijli üniversitelerle imzaladığı anlaşmalar çerçevesinde öğrenci değişim programlarını içerir. Bu program, öğrencilerin eğitimlerinin bir dönemini, BAU’nun partner kurumlarından birinde öğrenim ücreti ödemeden tamamlamalarını sağlar. Program, öğrencilere uluslararası deneyim kazandırmayı, akademik ve kültürel çeşitliliği artırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu program sadece Avrupa dışındaki ülkelerde yapılabilmektedir.

Neden MoUs Exchange?

MoUs Exchange programı, öğrencilere farklı ülkelerden gelen öğrencilerle küresel bir bakış açısı kazanma, çeşitli üniversitelerde eğitim alma ve farklı akademik yaklaşımları deneyimleme imkanı sunar. Ayrıca, farklı kültürleri tanıma, yeni yerler keşfetme ve uluslararası arkadaşlıklar kurma fırsatı sağlar. Dil becerilerini geliştirme ve yabancı dil pratiği yapma şansı ile de dikkat çeker.

Masraflar ve Destek

MoUs Exchange Programı, Erasmus+ programının sunduğu mali destek sistemini sağlamamaktadır. Vize, sigorta, ulaşım ve konaklama gibi masraflar öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır.

Dikkate Almanız Gerekenler

Bazı önemli unsurları iyi öğrenmeniz gerekmektedir; bunlar arasında öğretim dili, ders listelerinin bulunması, kabul kuralları ve konaklama hizmetlerinin sunulup sunulmadığı gibi konular yer almaktadır. Bu süreçte seçimlerinizi yaparken, süreci yönetecek tek kişi sizsiniz. BAU Değişim Ofisi, başvuru sürecinde adayların adil bir şekilde seçilmesinden ve seçilen öğrencilerin partner üniversiteye resmi olarak aday gösterilmesinden sorumludur. Bu nedenle, partner üniversiteleri araştırırken, ilgili değişim programları hakkında kapsamlı bilgi edinmek için üniversitelerin kendi web sitelerini detaylı bir şekilde incelemeniz önemlidir.

• Partner üniversitenin akademik takvimi
• Ülkenin aylık giderleri
• Üniversitenin konaklama teklifleri
• Akademik teklif:İngilizce verilen dersler, paketler, gelen değişim öğrencilerine sunulan modüller
• Kabul kuralları: Çok değişebilir (Dil sertifikası, aday gösterilmeden önce minimum ECTS kredisi, ekstra gereklilikler)
• İngilizce ders listesi: Web sitelerinde yayınlanan İngilizce ders listesinin, tanınacak derslerinizle uyumlu olup olmadığını kontrol edin (en azından geçen yılın listesini görebilirsiniz)
• Vize gereksinimleri

What is the MoU Exchange?

The MoUs (Memoranda of Understanding) Exchange program includes student exchange programs based on agreements signed between our university and prestigious universities in various countries. This program allows students to complete one semester of their education at one of BAU’s partner institutions without paying tuition fees. The program aims to provide students with international experience and enhance academic and cultural diversity. This program is only available in countries outside of Europe.

Why MoUs Exchange?

The MoUs Exchange program offers students the opportunity to gain a global perspective by interacting with students from different countries, study at various universities, and experience different academic approaches. It also provides the chance to explore different cultures, discover new places, and build international friendships. Additionally, it helps students improve their language skills and practice a foreign language.

Expenses and Support

The MoUs Exchange Program does not provide the financial support system offered by the Erasmus+ program. Visa, insurance, transportation, and accommodation expenses are the student’s responsibility.

Things to Consider

There are certain important aspects that you need to understand thoroughly, including the language of instruction, locating course lists, admission rules, and whether accommodation services are provided. In this process, you are the sole manager of your choices. The BAU Exchange Office is responsible for ensuring the fair selection of applicants and the official nomination of selected students to the partner university. Therefore, when researching partner universities, it is crucial to take your time and thoroughly examine the universities’ own websites to gather detailed information about the relevant exchange programs.

Additionally, review and consider:

• Academic calendar of the partner university
• Monthly expenses of the country
• Accommodation offers of the university
• Academic offer: English-taught courses, packages, modules offered to incoming exchange students
• Admission rules: These can vary significantly (Language certificate, minimum ECTS credits required before nomination, extra requirements)
• English course list: Check if the English-taught courses listed on their website match your courses to be recognized (at least the list from the previous year)
• Visa requirements
