Erasmus+ Öğrenim Programı, Türkiye’de yükseköğretim kurumlarında eğitim gören öğrencilerin ücretsiz olarak yararlanabildikleri bir programdır. Program Avrupa Komisyonu ve Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı tarafından desteklenmekte olup, öğrencilere kısa süreli bir değişim öğrencisi olma fırsatı sunarak yeni kültürlerin keşfedilmesine olanak sağlar.

Program sayesinde öğrencilerimiz partner kurumlarımıza herhangi bir eğitim ödemesi yapmadan, yalnızca kurumumuzda ödemekle yükümlü oldukları yıllık eğitim tutarını ödeyerek partner kurumlarımızdan bir tanesinde dönemlik olarak değişim öğrencisi olma hakkından yararlanacaktır. 190’dan fazla anlaşmamız ve Avrupa kıtasındaki saygın kurumlarımız ile öğrencilerimiz kaliteli bir eğitim döneminden yararlanmanın yanısıra, Avrupa’yı da keşfedecekleri eşsiz bir deneyim yaşayacaktır. Anlaşma ağımızı genişletmeye ve programlarımıza gösterilen talebe uygun olacak şekilde BAU Exchange Ekibi olarak devam etmekteyiz.

Erasmus+ Study Program is a program that students studying in higher education institutions in Turkey can benefit from free of charge. The program is supported by the European Commission and the Turkish National Agency and offers students the opportunity to be a short-term exchange student, allowing them to discover new cultures.

Thanks to the program, our students can benefit from the right to become an exchange student at one of our partner institutions for a semester, by paying the annual education amount they are obliged to pay only at our institution, without making any tuition payments to our partner institutions. With more than 190 agreements and our respected institutions in the European continent, our students will have a unique experience where they will discover Europe as well as benefit from a quality education period. As the BAU Exchange Team, we continue to expand our agreement network and in line with the demand for our programs.

• Programa başvuracak öğrencilerin fakültelerinden en az bir dönemi bitirmiş olmaları ve dönem sonunda bir genel not ortalamasına sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
• Başvuru için lisans öğrencilerinin minimum 2.20, yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin ise minimum 2.50 genel not ortalamasına sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
• Toplam puanın hesaplanmasında genel not ortalaması %50, İngilizce Dil Yeterlilik sınavı %50 etkilidir.
• Başvuru yapacak öğrencilerin kütüphane ve diğer birimlere herhangi bir borcunun olmaması gerekmektedir.
• Öğrenim programı minimum 3 ay yapılmalıdır, daha kısa yapılacak hareketlilikler Erasmus+ proıgramı kapsamında sayılmamaktadır.
• Aday öğrenciler hareketliliğe katılacakları kurum ile ilgili ders, dil yeterliliği ve gerekli doküman araştırmalarını kendileri yapmakla sorumludur.
• Konaklama konusunda Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi herhangi bir destek gösterememektedir. Öğrenci dilerse konuyla ilgili partner üniversite ile iletişime geçerek detaylı bilgi alabilir.
• Programa başvurmayı düşünen öğrenciler en geç 3. sınıfta başvurularını yaparak bir sonraki akademik yılda, 4. sınıfta programa katılabilirler.
• Programa katılacak öğrencilerin minimum 30 AKTS ders yükümlülüklerinin kalmış olması gerekmektedir.
• Öğrenci, önceki senelerde Erasmus+ öğrenim ya da staj programından faydalandıysa, güncel başvurusunda 10 puan kesinti uygulanır.

• The student must have completed the 1st semester of the 1st year in their faculties and have at least GPA for one semester in order to apply for the program.
• Undergraduate students (bachelor) must have 2.20 CGPA and graduate students must have minimum 2.50 over 4.00.
• CGPA is 50% and English exam result is 50% effective for the total score.
• The applicant should not have any debts to units such as the library and financial affairs. When the debts of students with debts are determined, all transactions are stopped and the program is cancelled.
• Study mobility must be a minimum of 3 months.
• Canditate students must make a research for the partner universitys’ courses, locations and all the requirements.
• Accommodation is not provided by BAU, students must search for the dormitories and houses by themselves or contact partner university to get detailed information.
• Students who wishes to apply for the Erasmus+ Study Programme, must apply at least their 3rd grade in order to participate the program in their 4th grade (fall or spring semester)
• Students who wishes to attend to program, must have minimum of 30 ECTS course load for planned semester.
• If a student participated the Erasmus+ programs before, both study or traineeship, will get -10 points for their current applications.
