Before the Mobility:
2022-2023 Erasmus+ Placement program candidates should start applying for internship in Europe and upload the Letter of Acceptance.
EXAMPLE TEMPLATE FOR LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
After submitting the Letter of Acceptance, Learning Agreement for Placement should be filled out and submitted to BAU Exchange (signed by the student, Academic Coordinator at BAU and supervisor at the company).

During the Mobility:
If any change regarding your dates of mobility/ traineeship position/ change of mentor occurs, please fill in the ‘during the mobility’ part of the learning agreement and complete the signatures.

IF YOU DO NOT DELIVER THIS DOCUMENT, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO SAP/OIS/ ONLINE SYSTEM AT BAU AND YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED AS ‘SUSPENDED’ WITH THE DECISION OF THE RECTORATE.
