BERLİN EXCHANGE PROGRAMINA KATILMAYA HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?

2026-2027 Güz Dönemi Berlin Exchange Programına katılmaya hak kazanan öğrencilerin Berlin International University of Applied Sciences’a yerleştirme işlemleri Uluslararası Akademik İlişkiler ve Programları birimi tarafından yapılmakta olup öğrenciler kurumun ilettiği başvuru süreçlerini takip etmeli ve istenen şekilde tamamlamalıdır.

İlan edilen listeler programa katılmaya uygun adayları belirlemeye yönelik olup, partner kurumun sunduğu dersler netleştikten sonra öğrencilerin feragat etme hakkı saklı tutulmaktadır. Programa devam etmek isteyen aday öğrencilerimizin ders listeleri açıklandığında akademik koordinatörlerine başvurarak aşağıda yer alan Öğrenim Öncesi Anlaşması (Before Mobility Learning Agreement) ile ders eşleştirme çalışmalarına başlamaları gerekmektedir.

Ders eşleştirme süreçlerinde oluşabilecek durumlar hakkında;

• Seçilen dersin partner kurumda açılmaması,
• Dersin kontenjan sebebiyle alınamaması,
• İlgili fakültenin zorunlu tuttuğu derslerin karşı kurumda bulunmaması,

Vb. koşullarda öğrencilerin oluşabilecek hareketlilik sonrası ders tanınma (dönem uzaması, dönem kaybı, ders kaybı vb.) aşamalarında sorumluluk öğrenciye aittir. Bu süreçte akademik koordinatörlerinizle iletişimde olmanız önemle rica olunmaktadır.

Berlin Dönem Programı kapsamında konaklama (yurt, apart, daire vb.) süreçlerinde kurumlar tarafından yönlendirme yapılmamakta olup, belgelerini eksiksiz olarak tamamlamış olan öğrencilere vize destek yazıları her iki kurum tarafından temin edilecektir.

2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Berlin Exchange Program Application Results Are Announced!

Students who have been selected for the program will have the opportunity to study as exchange students at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences during the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

Important Notes:

• Students with conditional acceptance must fulfil the specified requirements.
• Students who wish to withdraw must send an email to ir@bau.edu.tr by May 15, 2026 at 17:00.

I’ve Been Selected for the Berlin Exchange Program, What Should I Do?

The placement process for students selected for the Fall Semester Berlin Exchange Program at Berlin International University of Applied Sciences will be carried out by the Office of International Academic Relations and Programs. Students should follow the application procedures provided by the institution and complete them as required.

The announced lists are for the purpose of determining the eligible students to participate in the program, and the students reserve the right to withdraw from the program after the courses offered by the partner institution are finalised. Nominated students who wish to continue the program should contact their academic coordinators when the course lists are announced and start course matching studies with the Before Mobility Learning Agreement.

IMPORTANT!

Regarding potential issues in the course matching process:

• The selected course not being offered by the partner institution,
• Inability to enroll in the course due to capacity limits,
• Mandatory courses required by the faculty not being available at the partner institution,

In such cases, students are responsible for any recognition issues after the mobility period, such as extended study period, loss of semester, or unrecognized courses. It is highly recommended that students stay in contact with their academic coordinators throughout this process.

Within the scope of the Berlin Exchange Program, no guidance is provided by the institutions regarding accommodation (dormitory, apartment, flat, etc.) processes. However, students who have completed their documents will receive visa support letters from both institutions.
