Erasmus+ Internship4All Konsorsiyum Projesi (2025 Proje Dönemi) staj hareketliliği nihai sonuçları açıklanmıştır.

Erasmus+ staj hareketliliğinizi gerçekleştirmeden önce hazırlamanız gereken belgeler ile ilgili detaylar paylaşılmıştır.

Hareketlilik Öncesi Belgeleri (Before Mobility Documents):

1. Kabul Mektubu
2. Vize

• Bordo pasaportlu öğrenciler: Kabul edilen öğrenciler, hareketlilik tarihlerini kapsayan bir vize almalı ve vizenin görselini e-posta yoluyla göndermelidir.
• Yeşil pasaportlu öğrenciler:
  • Eğer hareketlilik süresi 90 günden az ise, pasaport bilgilerinin bulunduğu sayfanın görselini aynı adrese göndermelidirler.
  • Eğer hareketlilik süresi 90 günden fazla ise, vize alınmalı ve görseli yine aynı e-posta adresine iletilmelidir.

3. Sağlık Sigortası

• Sağlık sigortası, hareketlilik süresinin tamamını kapsamalıdır.
• Sağlık sigortası, kaza ve mesuliyet (sorumluluk) teminatlarını içermeli, en az 30.000 Euro teminatlı olmalı ve Schengen ülkelerinde geçerli olmalıdır.
• Vize başvurularında kullanılacak sigortalar ülkeye göre değişiklik gösterebildiği için yukarıdaki kriterlere uygun bir seyahat sağlık sigortası yaptırılması gerekmektedir.

4. Staj Hareketliliği Anlaşması

• Bu belge, öğrencinin staj detaylarını içeren ve öğrencinin kendisi, kabul alınan kurumda görevli süpervizör,  Erasmus+ akademik koordinatörü tarafından imzalanması gereken bir belgedir.

Önemli: Erasmus+ staj hareketliliği; zorunlu staj, gönüllü staj ya da yeni mezun stajı olarak üçe ayrılmaktadır. Uygun seçeneğin belirlenmesi ve belge doldurulması için Erasmus+ akademik koordinatörünüz ile iletişime geçiniz.

Koordinatör dışında bir akademisyenden alınan imza geçersiz sayılır. Akademik personel değişikliği olması durumunda ilgili fakültenin resmi onayı gereklidir. Tüm imzalar tamamlandıktan sonra belge tarafımıza iletilmelidir.

5. Denizbank Euro Hesap Bilgileri

• Öğrenci, kendi adına açılmış Denizbank IBAN bilgisini ekran görüntüsü ya da hesap cüzdanı fotokopisi şeklinde iletebilir.

6. Seyahat Belgesi

• Seyahate ilişkin belgelerin (uçak bileti vb.) tarafımıza iletilmesi gerekmektedir.

Hibe Sözleşmesi Hakkında: Sözleşme, öğrencinin öngörülen faaliyet süresi, öğrenciye verilecek azamî hibe miktarı, ödemenin yapılacağı banka hesabı, tarafların hak ve yükümlülükleri hakkında bilgileri içerir ve faaliyet başlamadan önce her iki tarafça da imzalanır. Hareketliliğe katılacak her öğrencinin hibe sözleşmesi imzalaması gerekmektedir. Hibe sözleşmesi imzalanmadan hareketlilik başlatmış olan öğrencilerin Erasmus hareketliliği geçersiz sayılacaktır. Hibe sözleşmesi en erken hareketlilik başlangıç tarihinden 1 ay önce imzalanmaktadır.

Dear Students,

The final results for the Erasmus+ Internship4All Consortium Project (2025 Project Period) traineeship mobility have been announced.

Detailed information has also been shared regarding the documents you need to prepare before undertaking your Erasmus+ internship mobility.

Required Before Mobility Documents:

1. Acceptance Letter
2. Visa

• For students with a burgundy (ordinary) passport: Accepted students must obtain a visa that covers the duration of their mobility and send a scanned copy.
• For students with a green (special) passport:
  • If the mobility period is less than 90 days, students must send a scanned image of the passport page showing personal information.
  • If the mobility period is more than 90 days, students must obtain a visa and send a scanned copy to the same email address.

3. Health Insurance

• The health insurance must cover the full duration of the mobility period.
• The health  insurance must include coverage for, accident, and liability during the internship, have a minimum coverage of €30,000, and be valid in Schengen countries.
• Since insurance providers vary by country, students must ensure that the travel health insurance they obtain meets the above criteria and is valid for visa applications in the destination country.

4. Learning Agreement for Traineeship

• This is a document that outlines the traineeship details and must be approved and signed by: the Erasmus+ Academic Coordinator at the student’s faculty, the supervisor at the host institution, the student themselves.

Important: Erasmus+ traineeships fall under three categories: compulsory internship, voluntary internship, or recent graduate internship. Students should consult their Academic Erasmus+ Coordinator to determine which section applies and complete the Learning Agreement accordingly.

Any signature obtained from a faculty member other than the assigned Academic Erasmus+ Coordinator will be considered invalid.

If there is a change or departure of the coordinator, the relevant faculty must send official confirmation.

5. Denizbank Euro Account Information

• The student must provide a screenshot or copy of the bankbook showing their personal Denizbank IBAN from an account opened in their own name.

6.Travel Document

• Documents related to the travel (such as flight tickets, etc.) must be submitted to us.

About the Grant Agreement: The agreement includes details such as the planned duration of the activity, the maximum grant amount to be awarded to the student, the bank account to which the payment will be made, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. It must be signed by both parties before the mobility begins. Every student participating in the mobility must sign a grant agreement. Mobilities initiated without a signed grant agreement will be considered invalid under the Erasmus programme. The grant agreement can be signed at the earliest, one month prior to the start date of the mobility.
