BERLİN EXCHANGE PROGRAMINA KATILMAYA HAK KAZANDIM, NE YAPMAM GEREKİYOR?

2026-2027 Bahar Dönemi Berlin Exchange Programına katılmaya hak kazanan öğrencilerin Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences’a (Berlin International University of Applied Sciences) yerleştirme işlemleri Uluslararası Akademik İlişkiler ve Programları Direktörlüğü tarafından yapılmaktadır. Öğrencilerin partner kurumun ilettiği başvuru süreçlerini takip etmesi ve istenen şekilde tamamlaması gerekmektedir.

İlan edilen listeler, programa katılmaya uygun adayları belirlemeye yöneliktir. Partner kurumun sunduğu dersler netleştikten sonra öğrencilerin feragat etme hakkı saklıdır. Programa devam etmek isteyen öğrencilerimizin, ders listeleri açıklandığında akademik koordinatörleriyle iletişime geçerek Öğrenim Öncesi Anlaşması (Before Mobility Learning Agreement) ile ders eşleştirme çalışmalarına başlamaları gerekmektedir.

Ders eşleştirme sürecinde aşağıdaki gibi durumlar oluşabilir:

• Seçilen dersin partner kurumda açılmaması,
• Dersin kontenjan sebebiyle alınamaması,
• İlgili fakültenin zorunlu tuttuğu derslerin partner kurumda bulunmaması.

Bu gibi durumlarda, hareketlilik sonrası ders tanınma aşamasında oluşabilecek sonuçlardan (dönem uzaması, dönem kaybı, ders kaybı vb.) öğrenci sorumludur. Bu süreçte akademik koordinatörlerinizle iletişimde olmanız önemle rica olunur.

Berlin Exchange Programı kapsamında konaklama (yurt, apart, daire vb.) konusunda kurumlar tarafından yönlendirme yapılmamaktadır. Belgelerini eksiksiz olarak tamamlayan öğrencilere vize destek yazıları her iki kurum tarafından sağlanacaktır.

2026-2027 Academic Year Spring Semester Berlin Exchange Program Application Results Are Announced!

Students who have been selected for the program will have the opportunity to study as exchange students at Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International University of Applied Sciences) during the Spring Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

Important Notes:

• Students with conditional acceptance must fulfil the specified requirements.
• Students who wish to withdraw must send an email to ir@bau.edu.tr by November 6, 2026, at 17:00.

I’ve Been Selected for the Berlin Exchange Program. What Should I Do?

The placement process for students selected for the Spring Semester Berlin Exchange Program at Whitecliffe University of Applied Sciences (Berlin International University of Applied Sciences) will be carried out by the Directorate of International Academic Relations and Programs. Students should follow the application procedures provided by the partner institution and complete them as required.

The announced lists are intended to determine the students eligible to participate in the program. Students reserve the right to withdraw from the program once the courses offered by the partner institution are finalised. Students who wish to continue with the program should contact their academic coordinators when the course lists are announced and start the course matching process using the Before Mobility Learning Agreement.

The following issues may arise during the course matching process:

• The selected course may not be offered by the partner institution,
• The course may not be available due to capacity limits,
• Mandatory courses required by the student’s faculty may not be available at the partner institution.

In such cases, students are responsible for any course recognition issues after the mobility period, such as an extended study period, loss of a semester, or unrecognized courses. Students are strongly encouraged to stay in contact with their academic coordinators throughout this process.

Within the scope of the Berlin Exchange Program, the institutions do not provide guidance on accommodation (dormitory, apartment, flat, etc.). Students who have completed all required documents will receive visa support letters from both institutions.
