Dear Students,

We would like to announce our WINNERS for Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility for Internship4All Consortium (Second Call).

In this period of this project, in which we participated in 2020, we have opened a second call for applications for Internship4all Consortium.

The budget that was given to us by the coordinator university is 3,225 € per institution. Within the scope of this application, we are planning to benefit from Erasmus+ Traineeship mobility, with a maximum of 2 students with a grant of 2 months. 

THE WINNERS LIST:

Students who see their respected student’s number in the list below please be aware that;

GREEN COLOR: Students who are THE WINNERS(with grant).

GRAY COLOR: Accepted Application but not a winner with grant.

If these students want to continue with their program, they can do it without a grant. As all of you know, the consortium has a limited budget which allows only 2 students to be winner with grant.

NOTE: If these students do not want to continue with doing the program without a grant, they need to inform us.

RED COLOR: Students who are not accepted and a winners due to certain reasons that explained below the Excel document.

• 2001249: The student uploaded the acceptance letter to the system before the application deadline take gives student +10 points.
• 1903547: The student uploaded the acceptance letter to the system before the application deadline take gives student +10 points.  Added from the question of residence and kinship certificate within the scope of the +10 points application due to the 6 February 2023 earthquake.
• 1902123: The student uploaded the acceptance letter to the system before the application deadline take gives student +10 points.
• 1805141: The student benefited from Erasmus+ program before -10 points. The student uploaded the acceptance letter to the system before the application deadline take gives student +10 points.
• 1903766: The student uploaded the acceptance letter to the system before the application deadline. The student uploaded the acceptance letter to the system before the application deadline take gives student +10 points.

• 1801666: Student had time to upload the acceptance letter to the system until 30.05.2023 14:00, but the student did not upload the acceptance letter and for this reason the application was rejected.
• 2004229: Student had time to upload the acceptance letter to the system until 30.05.2023 14:00, but the student did not upload the acceptance letter and for this reason the application was rejected.
• 1729818: Student had time to upload the acceptance letter to the system until 30.05.2023 14:00, but the student did not upload the acceptance letter and for this reason the application was rejected.
• 1802720: The student’s application was rejected because the Erasmus+ English Exam result was 54 and was below the 60 points threshold specified by our university.
• 1805651: It was stated that the student had to take the exam because student did not upload the Erasmus+ English exam result document that he had previously taken. Since the student did not take the exam, his application was rejected.
• 1804190-1: Although it was stated that she had to take the Erasmus + English Exam, the application was rejected because the student did not take the exam.

IMPORTANT:

Students have 2 days to do objection their Erasmus+ score, objection deadline is until 07.06.2023 13:00 for evaluation BUT they need to be aware that it is not a guarantee that a change will happen since the control process for the documents and the extra points were already evaluated in detail for all of you.

NOTE: Objection can only be done by the students who have green and gray on them.

STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO START COMPLETING THEIR DOCUMENTATION PROCESS UNTIL THE OBJECTION DEADLINE.
